Return and Refund Policy – PART FESTIVE

At PART FESTIVE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that your party and festival decorations meet your expectations. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns :

We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective if our side happen.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team at complaint@partyfestive.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us

Non-Returnable Items :

   The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized decorations.
  • Items on sale or clearance.
  • Opened or used party supplies such as balloons, Balloon spray, Balloon box, streamers, or tableware.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

Return Shipping :

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to defective, error, items mismatched on our part.
  • For incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds :

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error.
  • If you paid using a credit or debit card, it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges :

We only replace items if they are defective upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@partyfestive.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items :

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately by emailing photos of the damaged item and packaging to support@partfestive.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to either:

  • Provide a replacement item, or
  • Issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds :

If you haven’t received a refund wgithin the expected time frame, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@partyfestive.com for further assistance.

Cancellation Policy :

You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@partyfestive.com or 8870356046. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and you’ll need to follow our return policy.
