Shipping Policy – PART FESTIVE

At PART FESTIVE, we are committed to delivering your party and festival decorations in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries for your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or sales events, but we will notify you if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping rates at checkout before completing your purchase.

Please note that these time frames are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier, courier partners delays or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/whatsapp/message with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update with shipping details.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, PART FESTIVE is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If you realize that you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If the package has not yet shipped, we will update the address. However, if the package has already been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address, and PART FESTIVE will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Delays :

While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, mismatched items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will notify you and may offer to reship the order. Additional shipping fees apply for re-dispatching the package.
