PARTY FESTIVE offers a wide range of party and festival decoration products, including but not limited to balloons, banners, backdrop, theme based items, lighting, and festival-specific decor. All product descriptions, images, and pricing on the website are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of PARTY FESTIVE.

  • Availability: We make every effort to ensure products are available, but stock levels may vary. We cannot guarantee that any item will always be in stock.
  • Product Colors and Images: While we strive to display colors and images of our products accurately, actual colors may vary due to monitor display differences.
  1. Orders & Payment

By placing an order through our website, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched.

We accept payment via our listed payment methods. Prices are subject to change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. While we aim to deliver within the estimated times provided at checkout, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. PARTY FESTIVE is not responsible for additional customs duties or taxes on shipments.
  1. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds/ Reshipment
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Non delivery of items. Claim of non delivery should be submitted within 10 days of shipment via email otherwise the shipment will be considered as delivered.
  • Returns & Exchanges: If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, mismatched items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos & Videos of the damaged product and in their original packaging. you may return the product within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Damaged products delivered : If the products are delivered in a state which cannot be used then either a refund is given or re-shipment made. Photographs of the damaged products have to be sent on the same day of delivery to claim for damage delivery refund or reshipment.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a PARTY FESTIVE error.
  1. Custom Orders & Personalization

For custom or personalized products, you agree to provide accurate specifications. Once the design or product has been finalized, changes cannot be made. Personalized items may have extended production and shipping times, which will be communicated to you.
